We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative, specifically targeting Emirati talent, to enhance our team's capability in providing outstanding customer support.</p><p>This role will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the relationship between our company and our clients by providing exemplary service. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, cultural knowledge, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone and email.</li><li>Provide detailed information about our property management services, leasing options, and amenities.</li><li>Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery and customer experience.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups to ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their inquiries.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing customer service initiatives to enhance overall customer engagement.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist customers.</li></ul><p><b>Education&Nationality:</b>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Must be an<b>Emirati National</b>with a<b>Family Book</b>.</p><p><b>Experience:</b>Customer service experience (real estate/property management preferred).</p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><b>Qualities:</b></p><ul><li>Self-motivated team player interested in new technology.</li><li>Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, and offer solutions.</li><li>Detail-oriented and professional.</li></ul><p>CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
