DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website & social media quickly and professionally.Qualify leads and identify those ready to be passed to the sales teamExplain Ducon’s services, products, and the end-to-end customer journeyMaintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce CRMKPIs & Performance MetricsResponse Time: First response within 5–10 minutesFollow‑Up Rate: 100% of qualified leads followed up and documentedLead Qualification: Ensure only well‑qualified leads are sent to salesCRM Accuracy: All customer information and lead status updated correctlyRequirements1–3 years customer service experience (UAE preferred)Salesforce experience is mandatoryStrong communication skills in English AND Arabic .
