Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely mannerRespond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficientlyProvide accurate information and guide customers through processesRecord and track all customer interactions in the systemCoordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quick turnaroundFollow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfactionMaintain high service standards in line with company policiesSupport additional customer service tasks when requiredJob RequirementsProven experience in a call center or phone-based customer service roleFluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high call volumes and work under pressureOrganized with strong attention to detailProfessional, calm, and customer-focused approachPreferredExperience in the automotive or motor insurance industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
