This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle<b>inbound and outbound customer calls</b>in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently</li><li>Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes</li><li>Record and track all customer interactions in the system</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quick turnaround</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction</li><li>Maintain high service standards in line with company policies</li><li>Support additional customer service tasks when required</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in a<b>call center or phone-based customer service role</b></li><li>Fluent in<b>English and Arabic</b>(spoken and written)</li><li>Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure</li><li>Organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience in the<b>automotive or motor insurance industry</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
