Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational food manufacturing FMCG company to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist.Your core responsibility will be to support the business unit by maintaining strong customer management and development. You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints, order management and fulfilment, and the end-to-end logistics operation.Main duties include maintaining strong customer relations, managing market complaints, taking ownership of the supply side of customer collaboration, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, you will guarantee that customer-specific demand and inventory requirements are communicated.RequirementsThe successful candidate will support sales, marketing, and finance-related activities across all categories into the GCC. You should be CIPS qualified, have excellent SAP operating experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service/logistics or supply chain role within a leading multinational company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
