As a referral and marketing arm of the globally recognized ATFX brand, ATFX MENA plays a key role in introducing and supporting clients in the MENA Region interested in accessing trading services offered by ATFX’s regulated entities abroad facilitating their access to a wide range of financial instruments — including Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, and CFDs.</p><p>ATFX MENA is part of a global online trading group with<b>24 offices</b>and<b>+900 professionals</b>, ATFX is regulated by<b>nine reputable</b>financial authorities including the<b>UK, Cyprus, Australia, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, Hong Kong, Cambodia, and the MENA region.</b></p><h3>About the role</h3><p>We are looking for a motivated and reliable<b>Customer Service Executive</b>to join our team in Dubai.</p><p>In this role, you will support clients with their day-to-day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.</p><p>This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Respond to client queries in a clear and professional manner</li><li>Assist clients with platform access and general usage</li><li>Follow up on open requests and ensure timely handling</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when needed</li><li>Guide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account-related matters</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records</li><li>Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required</li><li>Support improvements in overall client service</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in customer service is preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Interest in financial markets is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>A stable and professional working environment</li><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive international medical insurance for employees and their families</li><li>Regular company events</li><li>A culture that values balance, wellbeing, and sustainable performance</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
