As a referral and marketing arm of the globally recognized ATFX brand, ATFX MENA plays a key role in introducing and supporting clients in the MENA Region interested in accessing trading services offered by ATFX’s regulated entities abroad facilitating their access to a wide range of financial instruments — including Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, and CFDs.ATFX MENA is part of a global online trading group with 24 offices and +900 professionals, ATFX is regulated by nine reputable financial authorities including the UK, Cyprus, Australia, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, Hong Kong, Cambodia, and the MENA region.About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai.In this role, you will support clients with their day‑to‑day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client queries in a clear and professional mannerAssist clients with platform access and general usageFollow up on open requests and ensure timely handlingCoordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when neededGuide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account‑related mattersMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date client recordsEscalate complex or sensitive issues when requiredSupport improvements in overall client serviceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldPrevious experience in customer service is preferredStrong communication skills in Arabic and EnglishAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksGood attention to detail and problem‑solving skillsInterest in financial markets is an advantageFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plusWhat We OfferA stable and professional working environmentCompetitive salary packagePerformance‑based bonusesComprehensive international medical insurance for employees and their familiesRegular company eventsA culture that values balance, wellbeing, and sustainable performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
