You will handle inquiries from across the UAE, KSA and Singapore via live chat, social media, email and phone. Your role is to assist both B2C and B2B customers, resolve issues efficiently and provide knowledgeable guidance on our services.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via live chat, social media, email and phone.Assist both individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers.Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services including F&B offers, hotels, local attractions and activities.Experience & Skills Required:Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle challenges, understand customer needs and manage complex situations.Remain calm and professional under pressure.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Working days: Sunday to Friday (with Monday and Tuesday off).Nightshift working hours.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.A chance to contribute to the success of a well-known UAE brand.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
