We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabis airport.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB/ RESPONSIBILITIESPart of the Solutions and Services BPA organization the Customer Service:Coordinate the order treatment with appropriate internal costumers: Solution Sales Account Managers Project Manager SDM Finance departments.Take total ownership on customers orders from the Purchase Order receipt to the delivery invoicing and cash collection.MAIN ACTIVITIES / TASKSAct as Main interface for Solution sales Account Managers (and customers for specific activities) finance and project management/SDM during order treatment process.Organize kick off meeting (Engagement Review) at purchase order reception for large or nonrecurrent projects with all solution actors: Project Manager Solution Sales and Finance (Change Point or Oracle Engagement reviews)Check customers Purchase orders (PO) and book it in Gemalto ERP order entry system to allow treatment from project manager.Pos followup and invoicing in coordination with internal interfaces and customer a proactive modeRelay information to/from customers versus project manager / solution salesSupport the credit management on customers overdue treatment with Solution Sales Account Management and FinanceManage post sales activity for all solutions (on administrative standpoint)Contribute to the shortterm backlog billing forecast exercise and its achievements.Provide agreed reporting to Solutions Sales Customer Finance and BPA ManagementAttend sales meetings customer meetings and delivery centre steering committees when required.Clean and update billing backlog to ensure billing on time.Competencies and Skills:Experience in Solutions & Services business to Mobile & Banking sectorsSales administration and logistics (Payment Terms Taxes Customs RulesSystem Tools: ERP tools IT Literate (Microsoft Pack OfficeGood organization skills andi RigorUse to work in complex administrative structures.Customer oriented & availabilityStress resistantGood oral & written communicationFluent English and ArabicEducation qualifications and special trainingDegree in business or administration1 to 3 years experience in similar position or Sales AdministrationMust have experience in the digital banking industry.Must have experience managing clients in CISMEA and South East Asia.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
