Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service AgentAs a Customer Service Agent at Ninja, you will be the frontline representative, dedicated to providing outstanding support to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across all interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanorAssist customers with their issues regarding orders, product information, and service-related queriesListen to customers' concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely mannerDocument customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM systemFollow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfactionCollaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service deliveryParticipate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skillsContribute feedback and ideas to improve the customer service processRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plusPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindsetProficiency in using customer service software and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
