Job Description As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for software development projects involving design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software applications and source code to support end users' needs. This operational role requires you to drive day-to-day operations efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in designing discussions and planning meetings.
- Developing new applications/software based on business requirements.
- Translating designs into high-quality code at all levels of SDLC.
- Defining infrastructure and deployment requirements.
- Building and maintaining operational tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, and analysis.
- Integrating software components and third-party programs.
- Developing, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software across various services and functional areas.
- Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and teams in story grooming, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.
- Preparing Test Strategies and Test Design.
- Identifying tools and approaches for automated testing.
- Generating Test reports based on features, modules, severity, and releases.
Desired Skill sets:
- Expert code/test case writing skills.
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
- Understanding of software engineering concepts.
- Experience with software design, coding, testing, and development.
- Knowledge and/or experience in scrum/Agile techniques.
