Customer Experience Specialist - French LanguagePublished on: November 28, 2025We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerProvide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionResolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and implementing appropriate actionsFollow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issuesUpsell products and services to customers when appropriateStay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customersAdhere to call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and high-quality customer serviceMeet or exceed call center performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality targetsRequirementsPrevious experience in a call center or customer service role is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, English and FrenchStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPositive and professional attitudeFlexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficient in using call center software and computer applicationsStrong knowledge of customer service principles and practicesSkillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitaskKnowledge of customer service principlesRequirements added by the author of the job offerBachelor's DegreeMore than 1 year experience in Customer Service#J-18808-Ljbffr
