To strengthen our operations and customer support capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our team.Website: https://globalwatersolutions.com/Position OverviewThe Customer Experience Representative will play a central role in supporting our customers, coordinating daily operations, managing office administration, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.This position is the first point of contact for customers and supports both operational order processes and general office activities.The role requires strong organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Vendor CoordinationCommunicate daily with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and colleagues around the world.Process inquiries and orders, including entering orders in our ERP system (NetSuite) and ensuring successful and timely delivery.Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.Coordinate with sales managers to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.Serve as the first point of contact for customers—answering questions or redirecting them to the appropriate team member.Make outbound calls to key customers and follow up on pending orders.Assist other regions when needed.Office & Administrative SupportHandle day‑to‑day office administration, ensuring the office functions smoothly and professionally.Coordinate with cleaners, handymen, and external service providers as required.Arrange small printing jobs, shipments of samples or small items, and other general office tasks.Assist with organizing and preparing for exhibitions a few times per year, including coordination with the marketing team and communication with external contractors.Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.RequirementsMinimum 4–5 years of experience in customer service, export/import, sales support, or purchase assistance.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Experience working with an ERP system.Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in daily work.Customer‑oriented with the ability to resolve day‑to‑day challenges.Able to multitask and think proactively.Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Living close enough to the office to commute without issues.Why Join Global Water Solutions?At GWS, you will be part of an international team that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development.
