Customer Care Coordinatorleadsand supportsthe Customer Care team in providing exceptional service to both customers and the Sales team. This role focuses on overseeing smooth order processing addressing escalated customer inquiriesmaintainingaccuraterecords andfacilitatingtimelylogisticsand fulfillment along with managing the team of customer care specialists.
