ResponsibilitiesAttending customer telephone calls which lands on the designated numbersCoordinating with operations team for the required information to be shared with the customers.E mail support which involvesCoordinating with operations team to ensure the required queried raised has been addressed and completed.Ensuring the customers are given right information as required by them.Ensure issues are escalated at the right time to the team manager if there any escalation raised by customersRequirementsMinimum experience required is 2 – 4 years within insurance preferably medical insuranceArab NationalBilingual with good communication skills both inEnglish and ArabicDiploma / GraduatesBelow 32 years oldMust be locally available in Qatar with a valid QIDMust be available to join immediately or on a short notice#J-18808-Ljbffr
