Job Description Job Description: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs, using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for key team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to important decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Must have proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with release management and system stability practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
