Continue reading.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours</li><li>Delivering fast-response "rescue" sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation</li><li>Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address specific obstacles</li><li>Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances</li></ul><h3>What You Won’t Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Attending interminable meetings or producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable results</li><li>Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach</li><li>Working purely at the strategic level without execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position demands hands‑on engagement and adaptability</li></ul><h3>Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Accelerate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and immediate academic insights, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.</p><h3>Basic Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support capacity combining analytical and interpersonal dimensions</li><li>Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)</li><li>Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a coaching approach suited to children</li><li>Track record building workflows and automations using AI</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students</li><li>Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-have Requirements</h3><ul><li>Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data-driven methods</li><li>Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting strategies, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs</li></ul><h3>About 2 Hour Learning</h3><p>Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
