<p>Choose how often (in days) you want to receive a notification:</p><p>Closing date:<br>Number of positions: 1<br>Recruiter name:Ruba Hijah<br>Reference number: 68999</p><p>Mediclinic Parkview Hospital| Dubai | United Arab Emirates</p><h3><b>MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB</b></h3><p>To provide effective disinfection, inspection, assembly, sterilisation, storage and distribution of medical and surgical items to operating theatres andwards in line with company quality and patient safety standards and regulatory requirements</p><h3><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS</b></h3><p>To ensure sterilisation and related activities for medical and surgical items are performed as per company standard and in compliance with regulatory requirements</p><p>Accurate records are kept and relevant document audits are performed as per policy</p><p>To provide input into CSSD quality improvement initiatives</p><h3><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION</b></h3><p>A recognised CSSD qualification from an accredited institution</p><h3><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</b></h3><p>At least 4 years relevant experience in a CSSD department</p><p>Licensed or eligible for licensure as a CSSD Technician with the relevant healthcare authority in the UAE</p><h3><b>REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</b></h3><ul><li>Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Sterilisation principles and practices</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Infection prevention and control protocols</li></ul><p>All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
