We’re Hiring for Our Client: Assistant CSR ManagerOverviewWe are partnering with a leading organization in the UAE to appoint an Assistant CSR Manager. This role will support the development, execution, and evaluation of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, ensuring alignment with both corporate objectives and UAE national priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful social sustainability and community engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, planning, and implementation of CSR and sustainability strategiesAssist in delivering community engagement and social impact programs across the UAECollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (government entities, NGOs, and community organizations)Ensure CSR initiatives align with corporate goals and UAE national agendasMonitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiativesTrack budgets, timelines, and deliverables for CSR projectsSupport the development of partnerships and sponsorship opportunitiesContribute to CSR communications, campaigns, and internal awareness initiativesStay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and best practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field2–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or community-focused rolesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to measure and report impactProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plusApplicationIf you are passionate about sustainability and creating positive community impact, we encourage you to apply or get in touch to learn more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
