Join our flow.***We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic **CSE Engineer** **Project (MP)** to be responsible for providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements. This role involves interpreting customer specifications and aligning them with KONE’s solutions, including escalators, auto walks, machine-room-less elevators, high-rise systems, and third-party equipment. The engineer also plays a key role in developing non-standard solutions and supporting the **Ordering process**, ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE’s product offerings. He/she takes over **the project from the initial start-up meeting and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance**.**Communication with Customer or project team:*** Responsible for attending regular customer meetings, Project follow up meetings and site coordination meetings.* He/She together with Project manager will be point of contact between customers and KONE supply line for all technical points.**Collaboration with sales:*** Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard and Major projects case.* Select the correct product platform on which to make the offer.**Solution planning – Specs:*** Coordinates specification creation for changes* Accountable for the technical content of the order between **MS 0b and MS 2z*** Accountable for final technical site surveys**Solution planning – costing*** Responsible for supplying correct costings in change orders (variations and add works), both for corporate and local materials* Involves the Supply Line, installation, maintenance and project management to understand both the materials and service cost of the change orders (variations and add works)**Collaboration with Supply Line:*** Responsible for placing the order to factory includes the correct documentation and procedure* Follow up the manufacturing and coordinate the material delivery dates to operation.* Coordinates lead times from Supply Line and local sourcing on the changes**General responsibilities:*** Offers input to the product offering management about customization, standardization and interface requirements for the portfolio* Contributes to the Customer Solutions Engineering virtual and local network* Contributes to and utilizes the Customer Solutions Engineering case library* Handles the most demanding customer projects* Hold bachelor’s degree in engineering.* Minimum of 5 years experience in elevator business handled order engineering or another relevant field.* Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.* Understanding of different building types and customer segments* Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms* Good CAD and BIM skills* Project management skills* Basic knowledge of competitors’ products* Good understanding of a product’s total costing is built up &local norms and regulations.* Good knowledge Z04 – SAP.Wir bei KONE konzentrieren uns auf die Schaffung einer innovativen und partnerschaftlichen Arbeitskultur, in der wir den Beitrag jedes einzelnen wertschätzen.
