We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.ResponsibilitiesAccount Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day‑to‑day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.Lead Identification and Pitching: Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end‑to‑end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.Relationship Management: Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior‑level executives of high‑value partners, ensuring long‑term collaboration and satisfaction.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.Process Improvement: Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.RequirementsCommunication Skills: Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders.Industry Knowledge: Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
