Crowd Management Manager

<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>Responsible for leading the design and planning crowd management components with a focus on enhancing user journey and Makkah context across giga development assets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review and Define crowd and pedestrian modelling requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria for DMP and master‑plan submissions</li><li>Review and challenge pedestrian capacity and movement of master‑planning and design frameworks</li><li>Review, challenge, and recommend design proposals to ensure pedestrian demand, density, and flow are clearly demonstrated</li><li>Ensure master plans respond to Makkah context conditions, including extreme peak volumes, prayer, seasonality, and user profiles</li><li>Require consultants to evidence pedestrian capacity under peak scenarios .</li><li>Review and endorse technical reports and modelling outputs, translating findings into clear planning and design implications</li><li>Prepare client technical presentations and briefing materials to support approvals and management decisions</li><li>Coordinate internally and direct external consultants to ensure alignment with client expectations and master‑planning objectives</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in pedestrian movement and crowd management.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
