CRM Technology Delivery Manager– Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced CRM Technology Delivery Manager with expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM solutions. The role requires a strong techno‑functional profile, combining deep technical expertise with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and lead cross‑functional teams.The ideal candidate will also have proven hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and a strong background in managing CRM implementations and enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a techno‑functional capacityAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teamsProvide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Oversee and mentor a techno‑functional team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practicesEnsure CRM solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and performance requirementsManage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsDrive continuous improvement and optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceExpert‑level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMStrong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Proven experience leading and managing techno‑functional teamsStrong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and data managementExperience working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
