CRM Specialist

OverviewThe CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing, optimizing and developing the company\'s CRM systems to support customer acquisition retention and lifetime value growth. This position works closely with Sales Retention Marketing BI and Product teams ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless customer journeys.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience in Forex CFD or financial services who enjoys working with data, automation and performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the CRM system including configuration, workflows, segmentation, automation and upgradesEnsure CRM stability, accuracy and scalability across departmentsContinuously improve CRM processes to increase efficiency and conversion ratesData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze customer behavior, lifecycle activity and trading patternsBuild and maintain CRM dashboards, reports and performance metricsTrack and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, churn and campaign performanceMinimum 13 years of CRM experience, preferably within Forex CFD FinTech or financial servicesStrong understanding of CRM workflows, funnels and customer lifecycle managementAdvanced Excel skills (mandatory); experience with large datasetsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailBenefitsJoin a growing international Forex broker with global exposureKey role influencing revenue retention and customer experienceDubai-based position with excellent lifestyle and career prospectsOpportunity to grow into CRM Lead / Head of CRM over time#J-18808-Ljbffr
