You will be responsible fordriving engagement, retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value through data‑driven, personalized communication strategies.This role is ideal for someone who understands CRM as both a marketing channel and a growth discipline — and isn’t afraid to get into the tools, data, and execution.What You’ll Be Doing ✅Own and execute the CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.Plan, build, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in‑app messaging.Develop segmentation, personalization, and automation frameworks to drive relevance and performance.Partner closely with data, performance marketing, product, and tech teams to align CRM with broader growth objectives.Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and lifecycle metrics to drive continuous optimization.Improve key KPIs including retention, repeat purchase, LTV, churn, and engagement rates.Manage CRM tools, platforms, and workflows to ensure scalability and reliability.Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all customer communications.Test new messaging, journeys, and offers to unlock incremental growth.7–10 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention‑focused roles.Strong hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, or similar).Proven ability to build and scale lifecycle journeys and automated campaigns.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and execution.Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.Experience in e‑commerce, retail, marketplaces, or consumer digital platforms is highly preferred.Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.The Process ⬇️Initial screening with HRInterview with Head of Growth / MarketingCRM strategy or lifecycle case taskInterview with Senior LeadershipProcess typically concludes within 4–6 weeksAt Idealz Holding, CRM isn’t just about messages — it’s about building meaningful, long‑term relationships with millions of customers.
