You will own the CRM&Performance function, so you need to be a self‑starter, keen to develop your career in using CRM best approaches to simplify and streamline processes.</p><p>To succeed in this role you will need to be a proactive problem‑solver who enjoys working in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth by nurturing leads through the funnel.</li><li>Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring that customer data is always up‑to‑date and integrated across all relevant business platforms.</li><li>Work closely with creative, marketing, product and web teams to ensure campaign alignment and tracking is optimized.</li><li>Develop and implement workflows and automations for various activities across the business.</li><li>Oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads activity, ensuring campaigns are aligned with CRM audience segments and lifecycle data.</li><li>Use CRM‑derived lists to inform paid targeting and retargeting strategies.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps and provide clear recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Create, build, test, execute and analyze the lifecycle stages for reporting and nurturing campaigns.</li><li>Understand lead scoring and how we can use intent to enhance nurture programmes.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest tech, automation strategies, digital marketing best practices, ensuring our CRM efforts remain cutting‑edge.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A proactive problem‑solving approach.</li><li>3+ years of experience managing CRM programs and data‑driven strategies.</li><li>Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.</li><li>Experience with integration tools such as Make.com or Zapier (build, manage and troubleshoot complex automations).</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads — campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution logic.</li><li>Ability to analyse paid performance data and translate it into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience in API creation and management, including the ability to write, test and document APIs.</li><li>Analytical skills and ability to drive meaningful and actionable insights.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Bonus: understanding of basic HTML&CSS and Account Based Marketing.</li><li>Experience with Magento, Shopify or Drupal is a bonus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
