CRM Administrator

We are looking for a CRM Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our CRM system to ensure seamless lead flow, accurate data tracking, and high-performance team coordination.This role is ideal for someone highly tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with automation and AI-assisted chat systems. If you enjoy systems, structure, and driving operational efficiency—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCore FunctionsMonitor daily CRM activity to ensure data accuracy and system hygiene.Oversee incoming chats and filter AI-handled conversations versus those requiring human intervention.Assign and reassign leads based on team availability and workload distribution.Maintain structured lead pipelines with accurate status updates and documentation.Collaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with sales and support teams to ensure proper lead follow-up.Communicate clearly regarding lead allocation and reassignment decisions.Provide guidance to team members on proper CRM usage and data entry standards.Escalate system or performance issues to management when required.Performance, Reporting & AuditAudit CRM activities, notes, response times, and lead statuses regularly.Monitor team engagement and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.Support performance reporting and basic tracking dashboards.Identify inefficiencies in chat flow or CRM processes and suggest improvements.Requirements:Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).Strong technical aptitude with comfort in automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage high-volume activity accurately and efficiently.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify system gaps and inconsistencies.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus.Salary & Benefits:Competitive Salary: 4,000 – 7,000 AEDWork Visa sponsorshipMedical insurance30 days of paid annual leaveStructured systems-driven environmentWork Arrangement:Type: Full-time, on-site positionNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
