Job Description As a member of the Credits & Incentives team at EY, you will be responsible for managing compliance activities related to statutory and federal credit programs across various states. Your role will involve conducting extensive research on incentive programs and benefits, ensuring accurate reporting, and evaluating client eligibility for credits, including those under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). **Key Responsibilities:** - Expertise on US Tax Credits & Incentives - Perform first level reviews and sign off on various states credit calculation workbooks prepared by preparers - Flexible in taking up new research projects and creating a methodology to derive output - Ability to work without predefined instructions and capable of creating process documents for future calculations - Strong in Excel - Competent with using spreadsheets for data manipulation and review - Monitor changes in statutes and incorporate changes timely into credit calculation workbook and update the team - Technically versatile and able to work with data from various sources of complexity and formats - Ability to lead team effectively, experience in coaching and mentoring team - Ability to communicate effectively and work competently with teams in other geographic locations - Focus on connecting with different US Partners and getting more projects to GDS team - Interpersonal skills - Enjoys working with people and developing people, with key focus on managing effective teams - Provide input for process improvements/automation - Independently apply knowledge in the generation of a credit computation - Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Analytics, Numerical, and Detail-oriented **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Exhibit inclusive behavior in interactions with internal & external stakeholders with strong communication skills - Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, billing, and financial aspects of the projects - Involve in Process Improvements and develop best practices within the client and team - Logical, process-driven thinker **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in the domain - A Graduate/PG from any stream - Experience handling a diverse team - Good written and spoken English - Good interpersonal and communication skills **Additional Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network that plays a vital role in the delivery of the EY growth strategy.
