Collections Executive (RNPL)Location: UAESalary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 + attractive performance-based incentivesRole OverviewWe are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Collections Executive to manage RNPL payment follow-ups, reduce delinquencies, and maintain healthy tenant relationships. The role plays a critical part in protecting portfolio performance and cash flow.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack monthly RNPL payment schedules for all active tenantsProactively follow up on upcoming and missed paymentsCoordinate with Finance to flag overdue accounts and define next actionsReport on collection performance against targetsWork closely with Customer Success on disputes or payment issuesCommunicate professionally to minimize defaults and preserve relationshipsEnsure RNPL applications are properly uploaded and documentedCoordinate RNPL workflows between tenants, consultants, and financeMaintain accurate records of RNPL applications and payment statusesUpdate RNPL availability and terms on Client'slistingsSupport tenant onboarding and document verificationGenerate reports on RNPL enrollments, listing performance, and admin KPIsRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in collections or receivables managementStrong understanding of installment or credit-based payment structuresConfident communicator with the ability to handle sensitive situationsKey SkillsAssertive yet professional communicationStrong discipline and follow-throughConflict handling and resolutionSales & negotiationAccuracy and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
