This role is perfect for a self-starter who understands the local demographic and can navigate the city’s bustling commercial hubs. You will be responsible for sourcing leads pitching premium financial products and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing: Identify potential customers through kiosks in major Sharjah malls, corporate office visits, and networking events.Product Expertise: Clearly communicate the benefits of Islamic and Conventional credit cards focusing on features like No Annual Fee, Cashback on Utilities, and Airport Lounge Access.KYC & Compliance: Ensure all applications adhere to Central Bank of the UAE regulations and internal bank policies.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to ensure high conversion rates.Territory Management: Optimize your daily schedule to cover key Sharjah areas (e.g., Al Majaz, Muwaileh, and Sharjah Media City).Specific Requirements for SharjahLanguages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
