OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and results-driven Credit Card & Loan Sales Executives to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential customers promoting financial products (credit cards personal loans auto loans) and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProactively source and approach potential clients for credit card and loan products.Conduct face-to-face meetings, calls or online presentations to explain product features and benefits.Understand customers' financial needs and suggest appropriate products.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.Ensure complete and accurate documentation of customer applications.Maintain strong relationships with clients for cross-selling and referrals.Stay updated on product features, eligibility criteria, compliance and market trends.Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory policies.QualificationsProven experience in credit card or loan sales (banking DSA or financial institution).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Fluent in English; other languages (Hindi Arabic etc.) are a plus.Minimum qualification: High School / Bachelors Degree.UAE sales experience preferred but not mandatory.Offer & BenefitsSalary: Attractive basic salary with a high incentive structure (based on performance).Employment Type: Full-timeVisa Insurance: ProvidedTraining: Full product training and sales support provided#J-18808-Ljbffr
