Job PurposeAs a Creative Operations Coordinator you will support our Marketing Production Team bymanaging incoming requests tracking production progress overseeing creative directionand ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. You will play a key role instreamlining workflows optimizing processes and enhancing overall team productivity.Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the positionManage and prioritize all incoming marketing production requests.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.Track production progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Maintain project timelines schedules and workflow systems.Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure operational efficiency.Support leadership in ensuring measurable outcomes and results.Provide oversight and guidance on creative direction within the teams.Skills required at fulfill the position2 years of experience in creative marketing brand management or production coordination roles.Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite etc.) and project management software.Solid understanding of design copywriting digital marketing and media production.Strong organizational and project management skills.Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative thinking across multiple platforms.Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business film or related field.Proven experience leading creative teams and campaigns across various media.#J-18808-Ljbffr
