Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the company’s creative direction and design standards.Lead design strategy and high-level creative decision-making.Oversee all concept and detailed design outputs across teams.Mentor senior architects and develop the creative capabilities of the department.Represent the company in major client meetings, presentations, and competitions.Collaborate with business development to support project acquisition.Ensure that all design solutions are innovative, functional, and commercially aligned.Oversee project performance, quality, and creative delivery.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.12+ years of experience, including leadership in design-driven firms.Key SkillsExceptional creative direction and design leadership.Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple projects at once.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.We thank all applicants for their interest.
