MIDWAM | Creative DepartmentMIDWAM is growing, and we’re looking for a Creative Concept Designer to join our Creative Department, reporting directly to our Creative Design Lead.This role is for a designer who blends architectural thinking with storytelling, technology, and experience design.We’re not looking for someone who only designs spaces — we’re looking for someone who creates immersive worlds, narratives, and emotional journeys.What You’ll DoYou will lead the creative development of spatial and experiential proposals, transforming ideas into compelling concepts that connect with audiences through story, emotion, and immersive environments.Your work will help define how people experience MIDWAM’s vision — from the first spark of a concept to the final presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative proposals for architectural, interior, and experiential projectsBuild strong concept narratives and experience storiesCreate moodboards, material stories, and visual directionsDevelop zoning, spatial storytelling, and experience flowDesign visual layouts, presentation boards, and concept decksIntegrate technology into spatial concepts (AV, digital, interactive, immersive tools)Translate brand, audience, and purpose into meaningful experiencesCreate emotional and experiential maps guiding movement, feeling, and interactionCollaborate closely with the Creative Design Lead and the wider creative teamWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in Interior Design / Architecture3+ years of experience in design, concepts, or creative studiosStrong concept writing & storytelling skillsUnderstanding of immersive environments (AV, interactive, digital, experiential design)Ability to create moodboards, zoning, and visual storytelling layoutsStrong aesthetic sensibility and refined creative eyeConfident in presenting and defending ideasWhy MIDWAMAt MIDWAM, we don’t just design spaces — we design experiences, emotions, and narratives.You’ll join a creative-driven team where storytelling, innovation, and technology come together to shape the future of physical and digital environments.If you’re ready to create spaces people remember — we’d love to meet you.Career@midwam.comSubject: Creative Concept Designer – (Your Name)#J-18808-Ljbffr
