With a focus on quality personalization and innovation were transforming how people engage with foodand were looking for passionate individuals to join us.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Category Manager CPG to oversee the performance distribution and growth of Calos inhouse CPG product portfolio. This role will own the full lifecycle of the categoryfrom coordinating with internal production to managing distributor relationships and overseeing outbound logistics.The ideal candidate will combine category and product expertise with operational coordination and a strong ability to manage supply chain partnerships.Main ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy & GrowthWork with Calo Market EIR to define and execute the strategic roadmap for Calos CPG category including assortment planning performance tracking and innovation alignmentAnalyze consumer trends and competitive landscape to guide new product development and category positioningProduction & Operations CoordinationWork closely with Calos inhouse kitchen and production teams to align output with category demand product launches and inventory needsManage daily and weekly logistics between Calos production facilities and distribution partners ensuring timely and efficient transfersResolve any operational bottlenecks or delivery issues that impact category performanceDistributor Sourcing & ManagementIdentify source and onboard thirdparty distributors and retail partners across marketsLead commercial negotiations on distribution agreements pricing delivery terms and volume commitmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational KPIsAssortment Pricing & MerchandisingManage the categorys SKU mix pricing strategies and lifecycle decisions based on data and customer insightsPartner with marketing and retail teams to plan promotions launches and merchandising strategies across distribution channelsProduct Creation & Data EntryInput all new CPG items into internal systems with complete metadata including:Product name description category ingredients allergensNutritional information (macros calories)Pricing and imageryEnsure all listings are up to date accurate and customerreadyPerformance Monitoring & ReportingTrack key metrics including sales volume margin stock levels fulfillment rates and distributor performanceProvide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership and crossfunctional teamsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain or related field (MBA is a plus)46 years of experience in category management logistics or distribution preferably in the CPG or food & beverage sectorHandson experience managing both commercial and operational aspects of a product lineStrong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes between production and distributionExcellent negotiation project management and stakeholder coordination skillsDatadriven with strong analytical and Excel/BI tool proficiencyPassionate about health wellness and scaling impactdriven productsThis role requires some travel to GCC regions where Calo operatesRequired Experience:Senior Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
