Do you relish the prospect of working with cutting‑edge Oil and Gas productsWould you like the opportunity to work in a dynamic role responsible for business growthTake ownership for business growthAs a Country Sales Director you will lead the execution of OFSE sales strategies within the UAE driving customer engagement opportunity development and flawless service delivery. Ensure alignment with Baker Hughes HSE culture and customer expectations while promoting the value proposition of OFSE offerings.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies for OFSE in the UAE.Identify new opportunities to build a strong pipeline and achieve growth targets.Customer EngagementDrive customer engagement and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Promote OFSE value proposition and deliver tailored solutions.CollaborationCoordinate across functional groups (technology engineering finance legal billing etc.) to ensure seamless execution.Work closely with Global HQ and regional teams to align on commercial intensity plans.Operational ExcellenceSupport flawless service delivery and execution.Engage customers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Market IntelligenceProvide input into Total Available Market (TAM) and Served Available Segment (SAS) analysis.Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.Reporting & ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies HSE standards and compliance requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you need to have:10-15 Years Experience within Oil Field Services Industry UAE Experience PreferredBachelors degree in business administration Engineering or related fieldStrong understanding of oilfield services and energy sector dynamics.Knowledge of sales strategy development market analysis and commercial operations.Familiarity with HSE standards and compliance requirements.Exposure to market intelligence forecasting and strategic planning.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage complex projects.Experience in customer relationship management and key account handling.Key Performance Metrics and Success MeasuresRevenue growth and market share in UAECustomer satisfaction and retentionOpportunity pipeline developmentCompliance with HSE and operational standardsAchievement of annual commercial intensity plansWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit in everything in and work when you are the most productiveWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
