<div><p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a globally recognized, multi-regulated financial brokerage firm that offers online multi-asset and CFD trading across forex, crypto, stocks, commodities, indices, and other global markets, providing traders with advanced platforms, expert insights, and secure trading solutions, and is seeking to onboard a<b>Country/Regional Manager</b>based in<b>MENA</b>.</p><p>Position:<b>Country/Regional Manager</b></p><p>Work model and location: Remote within MENA</p><p>Employment type: Full-time</p><h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute the overall market strategy for MENA</li><li>Drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume growth</li><li>Build, manage, and scale a high-performing IB and affiliate network</li><li>Establish strategic partnerships within trading communities and fintech ecosystems</li><li>Lead local sales and business development initiatives</li><li>Represent the business as the key market ambassador in MENA.</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ul><li>Native or fluent in Arabic with English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication</li><li>Proven experience within FX, CFD, or online trading environments</li><li>Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in MENA</li><li>Background in roles such as Country Manager, Head of Sales/Business Development, or Senior Affiliate/IB Manager</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations independently</li><li>Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, high-ownership environment.</li></ul><h3>BENEFITS:</h3><ul><li>Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance</li><li>Be part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere</li><li>Guidance and tools to reach career potential</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
