This role bridges the gap between strategic planning (led by the Director of Enrollment) and operational execution, ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with Les Roches' enrollment goals and student experience standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment & Enrollment ExecutionImplement and execute the student recruitment strategy in line with institutional goals.Actively engage with high schools, universities, recruitment agents, and educational partners.Relationship Management & OutreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with high schools, universities, educational counselors, and industry partners.Represent Les Roches at education fairs, industry events, and promotional activities.Act as a key liaison with recruitment agents, referral partners, and other external stakeholders.Data Management & ReportingTrack and analyze enrollment trends to refine recruitment strategies.Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.Report key enrollment metrics and recruitment progress to the Director of Enrollment.Event & Outreach CoordinationOrganize and oversee recruitment events, information sessions, open days, and campus visits.Ensure smooth event logistics and effective student engagement during promotional activities.Collaboration & Cross-Departmental CoordinationWork closely with marketing, finance, and academic teams to align recruitment efforts with institutional priorities.Ensure efficient communication between admissions, finance, and enrollment teams to support students through the application-to-enrollment journey.Education and Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Experience3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales within the education industry.Experience managing admissions processes and recruitment pipelines.Knowledge and SkillsProficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage and mentor junior team members effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).Willingness to travel for recruitment events when needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
