This role is tailored for senior sales leaders from global publishers and aggregators with strong institutional networks and experience in licensing academic and clinical content platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the higher education and research market strategy in Saudi Arabia. Drive institutional sales of:Medical and healthcare knowledge platformsClinical decision tools for academic useDigital libraries and research solutionsBuild relationships with:University leadership (Deans, Provosts, Faculty)Medical schools and teaching hospitalsResearch centers and national academic programsManage the full sales cycle for institutional licensing and multi-year agreementsExpand presence across Saudi universities and GCC academic marketsLeverage existing networks to accelerate market penetration and renewalsCollaborate with product teams to align solutions with:Curriculum integrationResidency and training programsDrive account growth, renewals, and long-term partnershipsRequired Experience8–15+ years of experience in:Academic publishing / medical content/research platformsInstitutional SaaS or subscription salesBackground in organizations such as:Wolters Kluwer, EBSCO, ProQuest, UpToDate, Lexicomp, FDB or similar.Proven track record selling into:Universities and higher education institutions in Saudi ArabiaMedical schools and academic hospitalsStrong Understanding ofInstitutional licensing modelsAcademic procurement cyclesEstablished a network across the Saudi and GCC academic sectorsLeadership ProfileStrong institutional relationship builderProven ability to drive large academic deals and renewals.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of education ecosystems.Ability to influence academic and clinical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, or related fieldAn advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plusArabic & English fluency preferredCompensationCompetitive monthly salaryEquity / ESOP participationUncapped commission/bonus structureOpportunity to lead expansion in a high-growth regional platform#J-18808-Ljbffr
