<div><p>We are seeking a<b>Country Director – Healthcare Enterprise</b>to lead our expansion across<b>government healthcare systems, clusters, and national programs in Saudi Arabia</b>.</p><p>This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in<b>healthcare SaaS, EMR/HIS, or clinical decision support solutions</b>, capable of closing complex enterprise deals and driving large-scale adoption across the Kingdom.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and execute the<b>Saudi healthcare growth strategy</b>across government and enterprise accounts</li><li>Drive adoption of<b>AI‑powered clinical decision support, drug information, and healthcare SaaS solutions</b></li><li>Build strategic relationships with:<ul><li>Government hospitals and healthcare clusters</li><li>Ministries, regulators, and national programs</li><li>CIOs, CMIOs, and clinical leadership</li></ul></li><li>Lead<b>large‑scale enterprise sales cycles</b>including tenders and multi‑year agreements</li><li>Identify and secure<b>integration opportunities with EMR/HIS systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, TrakCare)</b></li><li>Develop a strong<b>enterprise sales pipeline</b>aligned with aggressive revenue targets</li><li>Recruit, lead, and scale a<b>local high‑performance sales team</b></li><li>Collaborate with product and technical teams on<b>solution positioning and integration strategy</b></li><li>Negotiate and close<b>high‑value contracts with government and healthcare groups</b></li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li><b>8–15+ years</b>in enterprise sales within:</li><li>HealthTech / Clinical Decision Support / Healthcare SaaS</li><li>EMR / HIS / Healthcare Informatics (Epic, Cerner, InterSystems, etc.)</li><li>Proven success in closing<b>government or large hospital system deals in Saudi Arabia</b></li><li>Strong experience navigating:</li><li>Government procurement and tenders</li><li>Multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles</li><li>Deep understanding of the<b>Saudi healthcare ecosystem and digital health landscape</b></li><li>Demonstrated success in<b>SaaS and subscription‑based models</b></li></ul><h3>Leadership Profile</h3><ul><li>Strong closer with<b>ownership of multi‑million dollar targets</b></li><li>Proven ability to<b>build and lead enterprise sales teams</b></li><li>Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability</li><li>Strong stakeholder management at the<b>C‑level and government level</b></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field</b></li><li>MBA is a strong advantage</li><li>Arabic&English fluency preferred</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Competitive<b>monthly salary</b></li><li><b>Equity / ESOP participation</b></li><li><b>Uncapped bonus</b>tied to quarterly and annual targets</li><li>Leadership role in a<b>high‑growth AI healthtech company</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
