Job Description

We are seeking a Country Director – Healthcare Enterprise to lead our expansion across government healthcare systems, clusters, and national programs in Saudi Arabia.This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in healthcare SaaS, EMR/HIS, or clinical decision support solutions, capable of closing complex enterprise deals and driving large-scale adoption across the Kingdom.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the Saudi healthcare growth strategy across government and enterprise accountsDrive adoption of AI‑powered clinical decision support, drug information, and healthcare SaaS solutionsBuild strategic relationships with:Government hospitals and healthcare clustersMinistries, regulators, and national programsCIOs, CMIOs, and clinical leadershipLead large‑scale enterprise sales cycles including tenders and multi‑year agreementsIdentify and secure integration opportunities with EMR/HIS systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, TrakCare)Develop a strong enterprise sales pipeline aligned with aggressive revenue targetsRecruit, lead, and scale a local high‑performance sales teamCollaborate with product and technical teams on solution positioning and integration strategyNegotiate and close high‑value contracts with government and healthcare groupsRequired Experience8–15+ years in enterprise sales within:HealthTech / Clinical Decision Support / Healthcare SaaSEMR / HIS / Healthcare Informatics (Epic, Cerner, InterSystems, etc.)Proven success in closing government or large hospital system deals in Saudi ArabiaStrong experience navigating:Government procurement and tendersMulti‑stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesDeep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and digital health landscapeDemonstrated success in SaaS and subscription‑based modelsLeadership ProfileStrong closer with ownership of multi‑million dollar targetsProven ability to build and lead enterprise sales teamsStrategic mindset with hands‑on execution capabilityStrong stakeholder management at the C‑level and government levelQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or related fieldMBA is a strong advantageArabic & English fluency preferredCompensationCompetitive monthly salaryEquity / ESOP participationUncapped bonus tied to quarterly and annual targetsLeadership role in a high‑growth AI healthtech company#J-18808-Ljbffr
