We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of dealership experience to help us maintain our high standards and continue to grow our business.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerIdentify and locate the correct parts for customers\' vehiclesProvide accurate and timely quotes for partsProcess parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customersMaintain a clean and organized parts departmentMonitor inventory levels and order parts as neededKeep up-to-date with new products and promotionsProvide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concernsCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership parts departmentStrong knowledge of Isuzu vehicles and partsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksProficient in computer systems and inventory managementAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plusBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
