Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Saudi Arabia Type: Full-time Reports to: Project Director Role Summary The Cost Manager ensures financial control of projects by managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost plans and project budgets. Review and analyze BOQs and contractor proposals. Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies. Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations. Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations. Prepare financial reports and cost tracking dashboards. Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering. Experience 10-15 years in cost management or quantity surveying. Experience with large-scale developments.
