Cost Manager (CSA or MEP)

For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Create estimates and cost plans for key client developmentsSupport nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communicationActively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reportingOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your teamSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparencyResolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairlyAssist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertakenWe would love to hear from you if you:Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on large scale industrial and commercial projects across the regionHave a degree or comparable experience in a cost management, ideally in a consultancy environmentLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlinesAre happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners and teamThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
