Cost Controller (Retail)

We are looking for a Cost Controller to support margin management, pricing accuracy, and inventory control across our retail operations.This role is ideal for someone who understands how retail works on the ground, from stock movement and shrinkage to pricing strategy and profitability. What You'll Do Monitor product margins and overall profitabilityManage inventory costing, stock accuracy, and movementEnsure correct pricing across store and online platformsAnalyze costs, identify gaps, and recommend improvementsSupport promotions and product pricing decisionsWork closely with operations, store, and finance teams What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in retail cost control/inventory/financeStrong understanding of pricing, margins, and stock managementGood with Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus)Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness Nice to Have Exposure to collectibles, resale products, or trading card games (TCG)Understanding of how market demand impacts pricing
