Responsibleto control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying andchecking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractorsInternalaudit of all above documents including relevant documents of otherfunctionsEnsurethat all expenditures of the assigned site/location are captured andproperly recorded.Provideplanning and cost controlling support for all projects which includesvariation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparationof customer billing processes, etcProvidecost control figures and support planning advice to the internal PMT teamas and when required.Undertakeany other ad-hoc duties as required.Monitoringcustomer account details for non payments, delayed payments and otherirregularities.Assistin month end closing.Ensureall work is carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system
