About the job COST CONTROLLERWe are seeking an experienced Cost Controller / Reporting Engineer to support project cost control and reporting activities for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting across FEED, EPC, construction, and commissioning phases.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain project cost control systems, budgets, and cost reports.Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.Track commitments, actual costs, and identify potential cost overruns.Coordinate with planning and project teams to align cost and schedule data.Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for internal and client review.Support management change, including evaluation of variations and claims.Analyze project performance using KPIs such as CPI, cost variance, and earned value.Review contractor invoices and ensure proper cost allocation and coding.Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial close‑out reports.Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore procedures and reporting requirements.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, or related discipline.8–12 years of experience in cost control and reporting in oil & gas projects.Proven experience in offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience with project control tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Familiarity with Primavera P6 and integration of cost and schedule data.Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, PMP) are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
