All project vendorsAR oversight and management Invoicing AR aging WHT DSOOversight of employee expenses reimbursement processWBS management. Lead in creating updating and continuous reviewInterface between project and project accounting including supporting for corporate reports.Standard Costing: multipliersBOC1540 reports VOWDMonthly Cost ReportCorporate report such as SOXCost control procedures to ensure accurate reporting of actual cost expenditures and estimates at completionTimesheets oversight and management (UAE & Iraq) requesting for add/remove of roles creating and maintaining timesheets approval batchesFocal point for KBR finance internal auditsSupport client auditsReview and track validity of project contractual documents such as work orders agency contracts ICAs etc.Compliance/Finance/Operation Support RoleOversight of project CMC and Pcards for both UAE & Iraq.Oversight of cost and finance processes and procedures at sight.
