Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:Prepare monthly journal entries manually or by initiating electronic creation through our software program.Review journal entries carefully for anomalies and inconsistencies.Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for management submission.Conduct inventory reserve analysis quarterly and generate reports for senior management.Assist the Staff Accountant in suggesting policy or procedural changes to increase cash flow.Review depreciation rates, labor, and overhead costs; suggest policy improvements.Classify costs accurately.Generate and analyze PPV reports.Establish and update standard costs as appropriate.Maintain and review the general ledger; reconcile balance sheets.Analyze raw material and supply costs; create cost-benefit analyses for vendor changes.Language Skills:Arabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodAdditional Requirements:Own a car.Have a valid driving license.Job Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.At least 3 years of experience in general or cost accounting.Familiarity with the medical industry preferred.Experience in a manufacturing warehouse or facility is a plus.About The Company: (Details not provided)#J-18808-Ljbffr
