It is a strategic, consultative position where you shape solutions, orchestrate delivery and drive account growth, while protecting clinical integrity and operational quality.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>You will take ownership of the corporate journey from discovery through to renewal:</p><ul><li>Lead discovery conversations to define outcomes, scope and success metrics</li><li>Design structured corporate wellness programmes (wellness days, 6–12 week cohorts, executive performance programmes, membership bundles)</li><li>Draft proposals and align commercial terms with Sales and Finance</li><li>Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary wellness teams</li><li>Produce monthly and quarterly impact reports</li><li>Drive renewals, expansions and cross‑sell opportunities</li></ul><p>You act as the bridge between commercial ambition and operational excellence.</p><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Strong B2B account management experience</li><li>Background in wellness, hospitality, HR benefits or other service‑led environments</li><li>Proven consultative selling capability</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
